The Israel Fine Art Print online Gallery (IFAP) is an offshoot of the Blue Stripes Partnership Ltd., an Israeli web portal whose mission is to bring together the best of Israel's products and services and the Northern American and European markets.

The Blue Stripes Partnership Inc. is wholly owned by a group of Jerusalemite investors with years of international marketing experience.
